    We don't ship physical goods

    Everything WebNamaste sells is digital or a service. Nothing is shipped by post or courier, and there are no shipping charges.

    How you receive what you bought

  1. AI Topic Map and add-ons: delivered by email to the address you gave at checkout, with a private link to your dashboard. Most maps arrive within 24 hours of payment.
  2. AI Search OS subscription: access starts right after payment through your dashboard at webnamaste.com/os.
  3. Calls and consulting: booked online through our calendar and held over video call.

    4. If you haven't received your order within 48 hours, email rk@webnamaste.com and we'll sort it out the same day.

    Exchanges

    Because our products are digital, there are no exchanges. If something isn't right, we'll fix or redo it, or refund you under our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
